The Imperial Valley Small Business Development Center offers a variety of programs either directly or in conjuction with partner organizations to meet the training and specialized needs of clients.

Training Seminars*-Presented by business consultants and experts in various fields, the SBDC's low cost seminars are designed to assist current or prospective business owners. Some of the helpful workshops and informative seminars we provide for our clients include:

*Seminars require a capacity of at least ten people!

NxLevel Training- Entreprenuerial classes are offered to our clients. The NxLevel Program is designed to train both potential and existing entreprenuers by offering a practical, condensed series of training sessions. The NxLevel entreprenuerial training course combines many of the issues associated with business planning (i.e. accounting, marketing, finance...) and combines it into a 15 week course. Upon completion of the program, the entreprenuer is awarded a NxLevel Certificate of Completion that greatly enhances the loan application packet and is recognized nationally. The course also allows the SBDC counselors to target specific groups such as:

Entreprenuers
CalWorks recipients
Start-up business ventures
Youth Entreprenuers
